Easy video in Presentations

Last Updated: Aug 08, 2014 04:19PM PDT
Showing a video clip during a presentation can be a hassle.  Either you have to cue up the DVD and hope it doesn't time out before you're ready to play it or you have to switch programs on your computer to get to the clip.  Either you open a browser and play your YouTube clip or you switch to your DVD software and select the clip.  Does that just drive you nuts? Your life is about to get a lot easier. YouTube Video Wizard Plug-In for PowerPoint allows you to embed any YouTube video directly into your PowerPoint presentation. AoA DVD Ripper lets you rip clips from your DVDs that you can insert into your PowerPoint. Please note: with the free evaluation version your clips will be limited to 10 minutes. Handbrake is the prefered method for creating DVD clips from a Mac.
